The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, birth year, self-rated health, tobacco status, desired coverage and term. These go to the carriers' quoting engine and return rates without being retained here. Quotes never ask for your name, address, email or phone. Matching requests may be cached briefly to spare the quoting service redundant calls.

Applying

When you apply, your quote answers prefill a secure form managed by the carriers, and you're bound by their privacy policy instead. Susman Insurance Agency (License 0B75129), a licensed California insurer, oversees applications.

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, email, an optional phone number, your preferred reply method, message topic and the message itself. It's relayed by email to the agency as the reply address. The website retains no copy, database or content log. A brief anti-abuse check runs client-side before submit.

Measurement

This domain counts visitors using server-side, cookieless analytics. No cookies or stored identifiers. Two IP octets are stripped before storage. Query strings from referring links are removed. Raw logs purge after 90 days. Browsers with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled receive no measurement.

What we do not do

This site doesn't buy, trade or disclose personal data. No ad trackers. No external analytics. The only foreign scripts are the carriers' application system on the apply page, which loads only if you navigate there.
